Anti Aliased is a setting that generates gray pixles to smooth out edges on designs for a sharper and smoother look on computer screens. This setting however is not the best when it comes to outputting a physical product. The printers want to read these gray pixels as white which causes solid colors or almost any design to have faded out edges and or white peaking out from the edges of a print.
