HOW DO I GET MORE FOR LESS? 

This page is going to explain gangsheets and how to format them correctly. After reading this page you are guaranteed to reduce your hard cost, increase profit, and increase production speed. We want our customers to get there money's worth out of every job they entrust us with. For this example we have a job of 60 T-Shirts that need a left chest and back print. To the left of the screen it shows the size for each design. The first step and key component to reducing your hard cost is to know the size of the file. We recommend having more communication with your graphics designer so you know what size sheet you need to use. 

EXAMPLE A

Here in "EXAMPLE A", we have our 23.5"x24" sheet. We were able to fit 6 fronts and backs onto the template size. The job needs 60 fronts and backs which means we would need to purchase 10 sheets of the 23.5"x24". Down below is the quanity discount prices. Since our job requires 10 sheets we are now paying $23.76 per sheet which totals out to $237.60. Our hard cost for 1 set of left chest and back is $3.96.  

EXAMPLE B

Here in "EXAMPLE B, we are utilizing our 11.7"x8.3" size sheet, our files fit the smallest size sheet we offer so we will be utilizng that one. With this size sheet we can only fit 1 set of logos per sheet which means we need 60 sheets to complete the job. Down below shows the price breaks for the quantity chosen, At 60 pieces we are now at $2.57 per sheet. So our hard cost at this quantity and size sheet is $2.57 for 1 set of logos. For 60 sheet the total would be $154.20

DATA SUMMARY

As shown above the 11.7"x8.3" is the obvious winner of this example. The price is so much cheaper because it is now a 1 to 1 ratio with that sheet and when you can get to that ratio and large quantities of sheets, you are now able to achieve a higher discount due to our quanity discount system. Not only that but they come pre cut to the sheet size so instead of cutting up our 24" you now can simply receive and press immediately, this helps especially with slow workers. In short the more you buy the more you save and our Small - large sheets can reduce production time by removing or reducing the cutting time. All of our sheets have there place amoung every job that comes your way, its just a matter of figuring out what is gonna work best for that job or jobs.
